Therapy may include the use of various expressive therapy or energy psychology techniques at your request. Specifically, I have extensive training in the use of Play Therapy (yes, with adults as well as children!), Jungian Sandplay™ and various sandtray therapy approaches, Gestalt Therapy, art, creative visualization/guided imagery,psychodrama and contemplative and meditation practices.
Many of these approaches are evidence-based to provide help with decreased physiological arousal and improvement in emotional regulation in particular.
